NOTICE: Unauthorized exploitation of reactor physics or harassment of facility staff is strictly prohibited and governed by the Liability Protocol.
01.1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Nova Incorporated Research Facility on minekeep.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and Minekeep Network regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from entering the facility.
02.2. Conduct & Liability
NovaInc is a high-stakes reactor simulation. Actions that intentionally sabotage the Fusion Reaction Core (FRC) to grief other users, bypassing security protocols, or exploiting game mechanics will result in immediate 'Decommissioning' (Banning). As stated in our briefing: if something happens, you are at fault.
03.3. Virtual Assets
All in-game items, currency, and ranks associated with NovaInc are virtual goods. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. NovaInc reserves the right to manage, regulate, and modify virtual assets at its sole discretion.
04.4. Minekeep Compliance
You must also follow the minekeep.net Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any violation of these rules may lead to sanctions of a ban from the Minekeep Network, which will also restrict access to NovaInc.
